Laundry Solutions Australia provides spare parts for commercial washing machines and dryers as well as replacement parts for industrial equipment. We always aim to make sure we have spare parts available for all different types and brands of commercial and industrial equipment such as IPSO, Speed Queen, Primus, Electrolux, Girbau and much more. If there are any parts we do not have in stock we will endeavor to get it in so we can make sure your equipment is up and running with the shortest down time possible.

The most common parts on a washer or dryer to break down are;

The more often a machine gets used and with heavier loads the more wear and tear it produces onto the equipment. For any of these parts to break in a machine will cause it to either work inefficiently or not at all.

Unfortunately not, we do not supply spare parts (or service) to domestic brand machines such as these, including many others. We suggest contacting the brand manufacturer or your supplier to find out more.
We offer a 1 year labour and 5 years parts warranty on all commercial equipment (up to 10kg of the whitegood machines) and 1 year labour and 3 years parts for all industrial equipment (greater than 10kg). You can apply these values to the purchase date of your existing machine to find out if the machine is applicable for spare parts warranty. However, if you are unsure you are always welcome to give us a call on 1800 243 477 to find out.
We can ship spare parts to any site around Australia. If you are unsure of whether we can ship to your address or not then simply give us a call and ask the question.
