Using 3d planning applications, we can help you visualize the industrial washer or dryer in your laundry space for existing builds or help you design your laundry from scratch. Our laundry designs always comply with Australian standards and are made to suit your needs.

FAQ

Some machines can be bolted directly to the ground, however our advise is to always bold the machines to a plinth and then bolting the ground. It is always the best interests of both us and the customer to ensure the equipment is stable and this is the best way to achieve that.

For washers, if you want to use the heating elements in them then 3-phase power is required however without use of the heating element then washers can run on a standard 240v power point. For dryers, a gas dryer can run on a standard 10amp GPO while the electric requires 3-phase power.

Standard warranty on all industrial equipment is 1 year labour and 3 years parts. For customers on a Complete Care maintenance plan we extend the warranty out to 3 years labour and 3 years parts. For Comprehensive Care we extend it out to 5 years on both!

Industrial laundry equipment is designed and manufactured to last a long time, with proper servicing the equipment can generally last between 12 and 16 years.
