Industrial Laundry Equipment

FAQ

Some machines can be bolted directly to the ground, however our advise is to always bold the machines to a plinth and then bolting the ground. It is always the best interests of both us and the customer to ensure the equipment is stable and this is the best way to achieve that.

For washers, if you want to use the heating elements in them then 3-phase power is required however without use of the heating element then washers can run on a standard 240v power point. For dryers, a gas dryer can run on a standard 10amp GPO while the electric requires 3-phase power.

You can find more information on power requirements for specific machines by viewing the Spec sheets and manuals

Standard warranty on all industrial equipment is 1 year labour and 3 years parts. For customers on a Complete Care maintenance plan we extend the warranty out to 3 years labour and 3 years parts. For Comprehensive Care we extend it out to 5 years on both!

Industrial laundry equipment is designed and manufactured to last a long time, with proper servicing the equipment can generally last between 12 and 16 years.

We understand that the customer needs two things. The first is to make sure that they are being provided the right equipment for their needs and the second is that they need this equipment to stay working. To achieve these, we make sure we are doing our best outside simply supplying machines and to provide a point of difference for our customers by providing additional services, dedicated account managers and a mentality of solving the problem first and everything else is second.
